If less than 10% of customers experience 2 hours of outage during the day, the zone is considered green. If 10 to 20% of customers experience 2 hours of outage during the day, the zone is considered yellow. Therefore, compared to what was originally announced, Ores has simplified the conditions for encounters in different zones. Eight years of work?
