Our expert Xavier Belvaux, CEO of the We Invest France network, explains that Chloé actually has a deadline of 10 days from the day of the first presentation of the first signed contract of registered sale. He must then notify his notary, his real estate agency and his seller of his intention in writing or by e-mail so that he does not continue with the transaction. Our expert specifies that Chloé does not have to justify in writing or by e-mail the reasons that push her to cancel the purchase contract. And, of course, she will be refunded the amounts paid on this occasion.
