PICTURE A patrol boat crashed on the A9 last night, three injured


The traffic accident occurred on the night of Thursday to Friday around 2:30 a.m. on the A9 highway in the town of Milhaud near Nîmes. A patrol car from the Autoroutes du Sud de la France (ASF) was hit in the Orange-Montpellier direction while highway agents were clearing construction site markings. The driver of the vehicle has been placed in police custody while the Grand Gallargues Motor Vehicle Squad investigates the collision. Three agents were injured, treated and taken to the university hospital in Nîmes. They came out a few hours later.

Note that the night was restless in this sector as another accident occurred in the town of Gallargues around 4:30. The broken down HGV was stopped on the road when another HGV collided with it. Both drivers were transported by firefighters to ZZS CHÚ.
